Roger served in U.S. Air Force Bands for more than 20 years before joining the Richmond Symphony in 2008.  He also performs in the Williamsburg Symphony, the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival Orchestra, manages the Capital Horn Quartet, and serves as the director of Eternity Music Academy. He's served as a background artist in a few movies, and in television dramas for the National Geographic Channel, CBN, AMC, FOX and PBS. Roger was a featured extra in the DreamWorks movie, Lincoln. He stays active as a teacher, freelance musician, clinician, composer and adjudicator in the Richmond and Hampton Roads Metro areas. In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
