Matthew is currently not only a member of the Richmond Symphony Orchestra, but also regularly performs with Jane Glover's Music of the Baroque, the Chicago Philharmonic, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and is a rising member of the the International Chamber Artists based in Chicago.  In addition, he is on the adjunct faculty of Lake Forest College after serving in a similar position for several years at the University of Richmond, and has performed at four International Double Reed Society conventions.  In the past two years and in the upcoming year, he will have performed recitals and masterclasses at several universities and colleges including West Virginia University, James Madison University, Northwestern University, and the University of Idaho.  He will also be a featured soloist on an upcoming tour of the International Chamber Artists.
